Week of August 24-28, 2026

Important Note: Picture Day has been changed to September 24. 

WV History 8 - Be thinking about your recipe project. I will let you know whenever it is due. 

US History 10 - Quiz on sections 1.1 and 1.2 Wednesday, August 26. 

Civics 11 - We will be learning about the flag this coming week. Presentations are tenatively set for Friday, August 28. 

World History 9 - We will complete map project 1. The test on this map will be Tuesday, September 1.

Supplies for Mrs. Eades' classes

 The following supplies would be beneficial for students in the classes I will be teaching: 

• 3 Ring Binder
• Loose-leaf paper
• Notebook just for history notes
• Pencils
• Pens 
• Highlighter 
• Colored Pencils 
• 8th Grade English will need a two-pocket folder 

This is my first year teaching secondary courses; therefore, I am doing my best to think ahead about the supplies students may need in class. There is the possibility that items such as scissors, glue sticks, poster board, etc. will be needed at some point during the school year; however, until we get into class, I'm not 100% sure about those things.

 Achievement Testing is this Week 

Sixth grade will be completing their annual achievement testing on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday of this week. Please be sure to get a good night's rest, arrive to school on time, and come with a great attitude.
