ANNOUNCEMENTS:

There will be an early out on Wednesday, October 20th. All students are dismissed at 12:30pm.

The end of the first nine weeks is Thursday, October 21st.

Pumpkin Book Report projects need to be brought to school on Wednesday, October 27th. A note describing this project was sent home last week.

There will be a school-wide Harvest Party on Friday, October 29th. If possible, sixth grade students need to bring in $5 to help offset the cost of this party for our class by Friday, October 22nd. Thank you so much!

Students are required to wear masks in school this week.

October 18 - History Test

October 20 - Prepositions Test; Math Test

October 21 - Spelling Test

Homework Policy

All students are responsible for completing classwork on the day it is given, unless the teacher directs otherwise. If work is not finished in class, it will be the responsibility of the student to complete the work at home and return it to the teacher the following day. Work that is not turned in on time will result in a grade deduction and/or the loss of a privilege in order for the work to be completed.

In addition to daily classwork, students are required to study at home for quizzes and tests. The schedule for quizzes and tests is posted in the classroom and on the blog every Friday for the following week. Failure to study may result in low tests grades.
