   ANNOUNCEMENTS:

• There has been a change in the school calendar for October. There will be no early dismissal on Wedneday, October 21; instead there will be NO SCHOOL on Friday, October 23. 
• In the event Nicholas County moves to orange or red on the West Virginia Department of Education state map (updated on Saturdays at 5:00pm), we will begin remote instruction. Our class will meet Monday, Wednesday, and Friday on Zoom from 11:30 - 12:00pm. I will post assignments on Schoology, and all assignments must be submitted at one time via email on Friday. My email is leades@nlca.info.

This class is proving to be a GREAT group of students! I am very much enjoying spending my days with them! Thank you for working hard everyday, making me laugh, and yes... making fun of my car!!! I love you guys, and I hope you have an amazing weekend!

I am so proud of this class and the wonderful start they had this week! Everyone did an excellent job wearing their masks when requested!!! I think this is going to be a great class. I am praying for God to keep us in class face-to-face all year!!

(1) Bible (King James Version)

(1) set of earbuds for iPads

(1) package of loose-leaf notebook paper 

(1) solid color two-pocket folder (will turn in to Mrs. Eades) 

(1) 2 inch – 3 ring binder

 (1) glue stick

(1) highlighter

scissors

ruler with inches and centimeters

(4) pens (red or blue ink only)

(1)  package of mechanical pencils

(1) zippered pencil pouch

(1) box of colored pencils

(2) boxes of tissues

(1) bottle of hand sanitizer

(1) container of Clorox or Lysol wipes

**If you bring a cold lunch, it will need to be brought in a brown paper bag, and all food and drinks will need to be in disposable containers. All contents will be thrown away at the conclusion of lunch.

**Face Masks are required when outside of the classroom.

**Water bottles with a sport-top only are permitted in the classroom.

**Drawstring book bags are recommended.

Welcome to your final work packet! Way to persevere and adapt your learning styles! I am so proud of each of you.

Below are the instructions for packet #5. This work will be due May 15, 2020.

When submitting photos or videos, please send them to my email. This will enable me to be able to keep everyone’s work in one location. Also, if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to email me. My email address is leades@nlca.info.

When you submit your work use the following suggestions:

• Open notes on an iPhone, click to create a new note, choose the camera icon and take a picture, choose "scan document," continue to snap pictures until all of your work is photographed, choose save,  click the arrow at the top right of the screen to send the document, email it to your teacher.
• If you do not have an Android, use the "Genius Scan" app.  
• Attach your Word document to an email that you send to your teacher.

Reading/Spelling: Word Wisdom pages 158-163 Please have your parents take a picture of the pages you complete work on and email them to me.

·        Enter the username and password that was given to your parent
